Safestay는 한국을 찾는 외국인 관광객에게 안심하고 이용할 수 있는 숙소를 제공하자는 취지로 2013년 설립된 게스트하우스 연합체입니다.​ Safestay의 중요한 기능 중 하나는 종사자들의 교육훈련을 통해 관광객에게 더 나은 서비스를 제공하고자 하는 것에 있습니다.​ Safestay 회원들은 소상공인진흥원, 한국관광공사, 서울시 관광마케팅에서 주관하는 서비스 교육과 안전 교육을 수료하였습니다. 아울러 수시로 이루어지는 그룹 스터디를 통해, 회원들의 외국어 능력 향상과 다문화 인식 향상에도 힘쓰고 있습니다.

1.안전 시설

화재감지기, 소화기, 비상등, 비상구 안내도, WIFI를 기본적으로 갖추었으며 디지털도어락, CCTV 등의 최신 기기를 설치하여 안심하고 이용할 수 있는 숙소를 만들고 있습니다.

2. 위생

청결과 위생은 손님을 맞는 가장 기본적인 조건입니다.

3. 안전 의식

업주 및 종사자들은 관계기관에서 제공하는 안전 교육을 이수하였으며 위급상황 발생시 숙소에서 가장 가까운 치안센터, 119 구급센터, 외국어 의사소통이 가능한 병원으로 연계해드립니다.

Safestay is a group of guesthouses that was established in 2013 with the intent to provide accommodations that foreign tourists could use while feeling safe. One of Safestay's important goals is to provide better service to tourists by educating and training our staff members. Safestay members have all completed service and safety education courses that are supervised and run by The Small Enterprise Development Agency, Korea Tourism Organization and Seoul city's Tourism Marketing Department. In addition with frequent group studies we try to enhance members and staffs understanding in foreign languages and multiple cultures.

1.Safety facilities

  Fire detectors, fire extinguishers, emergency lights, fire exits, guide maps and WIFI are basic installments of our houses along with digital door locks and the latest CCTV equipment are installed so that you could have a safe peace of mind while using our facilities.

2.Sanitation

We make cleanliness and sanitation our most basic conditions in accepting our customers.

3.Sense of Safety

Business owners and workers have all completed safety education courses from related agencies so that they would be able to connect any people in crisis to community security centers, 119 emergency centers and hospitals that have English speaking staff.
